Handling, Shipping and Return Policy (RMA)
Shipping orders are delivered within business days and do not include the weekends or holidays. In some cases, orders may be delivered longer than shown. It is our commitment to to meet the delivery dates, however ship times are approximate and they are subject to change.
At Water Guard Philippines we always make it a point to process and ship your orders immediately. Allow us to have at least 5 (five) to 10 (ten) business days in processing and shipping your orders. While we strive to meet these number of days, it might take longer especially during holidays or on certain days that we experience high volume of orders. Furthermore, due to backorder procedures, handling time on specific items and other accessories will be longer than the usual. Warranty (1 Year)
Our products are in their finest quality and are all in a new box. They are fully guaranteed by us and by the leading manufacturers, unless otherwise noted. We can immediately change any purchased item that fails to function within the period of warranty. Please claim the warranty directly from us. Our products are back with the manufacturer’s warranty that covers repair or replacement of the ordered item’s defective parts which are subject to the conditions determined by the manufacturer. The warranty period is up to one year.
Return Policy RMA – Return Merchandise Authorization
We offer a 14-day return/exchange policy from the day of purchase on the opened and non-defective items and/or defective items for refund or credit. An opened returned item can be charged for a restocking fee of 15%. There will also be extra charges for any missing accessory of the ordered product or UNSEALED Manual Heads Etc. We have to make it clear that the shipping cost and taxes will not be refunded. You need to return your orders at our location within 30 days after you receive it, otherwise your return will be rejected.
WATERGUARD PHILIPPINES can change the order if it has defects. All defective items are replaced with the same model. Those customers who want to change defective items for different models or are requesting a credit or even a refund need to pay a charge described in the “Opened Items” chapter above.
ONLY THE UNIT and not the accessories nor the original packaging must be mailed for replacement. It is the responsibility of the customers to ship the unit back to WATERGUARD PHILIPPINES. The replacement/repair procedure might take more than one week if the item is not available and/or out of stock.
Customers may return their order for a full refund or credit within a 14-day period if the item was:
- ordered by mistake
- no longer desired and it is still intact
- never used and;
- the unit, accessories, the packaging are in perfect resalable condition
Please take note that the shipping fee is not refundable. The return product must arrive at our location within 30 days after you receive your order, otherwise your return will not be accepted.
All the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are mandatory for all types of returns. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a number and just be sure to provide the following:
- Original order number
- Product being returned
- The reason for return
Please do not write anything on or tape the item or the package before you send the product back to us.
Important Reminder: The product will not be accepted for return or credit or for ANY REASON if:
- The unit has been installed are severely scratched
- Abused, or if
- The original LBC/JRS or any other shipping code/number on the box/packaging is missing
Please Note: WATERGUARD PHILIPPINES is not responsible for packages until they arrive at our locations, so please track your shipment carefully, also registered mail is highly recommended. Remember that customer should pay for any return shipping fees.
Important Reminder: Once you received your order, please check it thoroughly. We only give 48 hours from the time of delivery for you to make claims for any missing item. Moreover, you have to check the contents of the package if you received it open and please let the delivery staff know the problem, if any.
Take note: Upon the arrival of your return orders, we will process the credit or the shipment of the replacement within 5 – 15 business days. It may take longer if the replacement item is discontinued or unavailable/out of stock.
Also, please do not start a chargeback with your credit card company when returning a specific order. A chargeback will only prolong or even delay the process of your return. We will be the one to credit your card. We are working vigorously with law enforcement authorities to avoid the fraudulent use of credit cards.
We can work with the customer to attain a fair resolution if there will be any type of dispute. Our main goal is to provide a complete customer satisfaction.
